Registration

The same registration fee applies to all participants - including speakers, keynote speakers, award recipients, students, faculty members, industry representatives, and attendees without a presentation - as the costs incurred by the organizers are essentially the same for everyone. It covers all coffee breaks and lunches as well as three social events (welcome reception, banquet dinner, farewell drinks).

An early-bird rate is offered because early registration reduces the financial risk associated with advance commitments to third-party providers, such as catering and banquet services.

Early bird fee: 390 EUR plus 20% French VAT

Regular fee: 450 EUR plus 20% French VAT
